ARICA is Chile’s northernmost Pacific coast port on the border with Peru. West Zone 4 standard hours (from the second Sunday of October to the second Sunday of March). Working hours 8:00-18:00, can work overtime. Port services: ship repair, bunkering, dinghy, medical, towing, fresh water supply, supplies, repatriation, no dry dock and sewage facilities. There is a railway in the port city. The nearest airport is CHACALLUTA, 17.6 km from the property. The entrance channel is 7.2 kilometers wide and 18 meters deep. The port has six old bulk cargo berths with a total shoreline of 885 meters and water depths of 3.7 meters to 10.4 meters. The new jetty is 435 meters long and 50 meters wide, with two berths and water depths of 10.1 meters and 12.2 meters respectively.
